We present opportunities to our Investor Lenders to lend against a specific development, to SME Residential Property Developer Borrowers who are either :
known to HCC.
have a track record with HCC; and
HCC has met with and assessed the Developer/Borrower, the site/property and are content to proceed to source funding for the development
An opportunity for invited individuals, companies and syndicates to take the place of the High Street Banks/Challenger Banks and lend directly into selected residential development projects for a fixed rate return on their investment
02Full detail of proposed development presented
Investor Lenders will be presented with the full detail of any borrower and proposed development, will have first charge security on the site being developed and HCC will provide the borrower with all requisite and relevant information to support them in making their decision to lend
03Management of loan process
HCC will then go on to facilitate the loan, liaise and interact with the investor/lender’s solicitors retained for each loan transaction, manage the loan process, interface with the borrower as security trustee and monitor the scheme in the interests of the investor/lender
04Experienced development funders & experienced commercial legal expertise
HCC’s directors include ex-property developers, experienced development funders and experienced commercial / lending legal expertise. Support is provided by an industry specialist panel of valuers and building surveyors
05Funding solutions provided to experienced developers
Funding solutions will be provided to experienced builders and developers that are known to the directors or trusted recommendations.
06Return on investment
Return on your capital advances currently between 8% and 14% depending upon risk and the nature of the development
