ChairmanDavid Williams
David was the Co-founder and principal Shareholder of Great Bear Distribution Ltd. The business, which was founded in 1994, grew into one of the largest and most successful businesses in the sector.
Great Bear was acquired by The Muller group in 2016 and David went on to establish Coda Investments. David has a wealth of experience specialising in executive mentoring, business strategy, property and legal affairs.
Commercial DirectorIan Fitzpatrick
Ian is a qualified commercial solicitor with over 34 years’ experience and over 30 years’ experience working with and advising Lenders and Banks. Ian also has experience in investing in and managing a syndicate residential property portfolio and was a co-founder of Heritage Court Capital Ltd. Ian has worked with and advised owner managers , large corporates and SMEs throughout his career and was an owner manager of his law business .
Relationship DirectorDonna Marie Downey
Donna has over 30yrs experience as a High Street Bank Property lender .Donna went on to become a commercial broker which allowed her to access the whole of the funder market on behalf of her clients.
In her role as an in-house funding consultant to her larger house builder clients Donna has put senior debt packages in place for varied sites.
A founder and director of Heritage Court Capital Ltd she works in partnership with investor lenders and property developers to provide opportunities and flexible funding solutions for a wide range of residential projects.
DirectorSteve Roberts
Steve is a qualified Accountant and has held a number of Financial Director positions particularly in the retail and property sectors, including Porsche Liverpool and the Corkills Group – before co-founding Blueoak Estates Ltd . As an original shareholder and Director of Blueoak Estates Steve was committed to ensuring the company acted responsibly and delivered great value to its customers , then taking on the mantle of Managing Director and overseeing the significant growth and investment in the business before his share sale exit. Steve brings significant commercial experience and understanding of property development and the financial structuring and requirements of a residential property development business.
Commercial AssistantYvonne Rafferty
Yvonne has over 35 years experience working in a wide range of roles for a high street bank, including most recently working as a Relationship Support Manager establishing strong relationships with various portfolios of challenging Commercial customers specialising in Real Estate finance. Whether working on complex lending facilities, often within short timescales, completing due diligence reviews or liaising with clients or the various professionals surrounding the transactions, Yvonne’s focus is always to enhance the service provided to both Clients and Investors.
